Each has a rind of agate with teeny tiny druzy quartz crystals in their mini cave center. The region where these are sourced was known for volcanic activity which results in this unique rock formation. Like all geodes, they formed as a result of gas bubbles filling with mineralization, occurring within volcanic environments.
These are handy to make into handicrafts such as earrings, necklaces or cuff links.
Each piece is around 1-2cm approximately
